Brain Food: Morning Green Juice

A great morning pick me up, packed with nutrients and antioxidants this green juice will not only help you taken on the day, it helps feed the brain.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients: 

1 Small Apple

1/4cup of a fresh pineapple

2 cups of spinach

1 orange, peeled

1/4 inch of thinly sliced fresh ginger

2-3 leaves fresh mint

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into juicer.

(Served with quarter cup blueberries, quarter cup raspberries, 1/2 tsp cinnamon . 4-5 walnuts chopped.)

Always encourage healthy decisions,

Surround yourself with positive people,

Exercise,

Maintain healthy weight,

Get 8 hours of sleep,

Manage stress

and always,always be thankful.
