Super Easy Game Day Chicken Wings
Yes, Super Bowl and Chicken Wings are a given so here is a recipe that is super easy. It only takes 40 minutes and doesn’t involve frying! It’s basically a bake, pour, mix, and serve recipe (with lots of napkins on the side). These wings are crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, and deliver the “kick” you expect from a wing!
- 16 to 20 wings, tips removed and cut in half by the joint bone (ask you butcher to do this it will save you time and your wrists)
- Kosher salt
- Ground pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1-12 ounce bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce
Place a cooling rack for cookies over a baking sheet. Place the chicken wings at least 1” apart on rack. Lightly season the chicken on both sides with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Paprika.
Place the racks in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 450°F for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 350°F and roast for 20 minutes more.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Place the wings in a large bowl and pour the whole bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Hot Sauce over the wings and mix. Serve warm.
