Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Baked Sweet Potato fries are a favorite in my house, we love making them during the fall months. Packed with nutrients these are a a perfect side dish or the perfect bite!

Ingredients:

3 YAMS, 1 LBS. EACH. SKINS SCRUBBED CLEAN, AND SLICED INTO 1/2″ STRIPS

2 TBSP. OLIVE OIL

1 TSP. KOSHER SALT

Instructions:

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 F.
CUT THE POTATOES IN TO 1/4″ STRIPS
PLACE ON A PAPER TOWEL, PAT DRY AND ROLL THEM IN THE PAPER TOWEL TO FURTHER DRY THEM

PLACE THE POTATOES ON A BAKING SHEET
DRIZZLE 2 TBSP. OF OLIVE OIL OVER THE TOP OF THE POTATOES
USE YOUR HANDS TO MIX WELL AND COAT ALL THE POTATOES WITH THE OIL
SPRINKLE KOSHER SALT ALL OVER OVER THE TOP OF THE POTATOES

PLACE THE BAKING SHEET ON THE MIDDLE RACK OF THE OVEN AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE SOFT IN THE MIDDLE AND THE OUTSIDE IS CRISPY

SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE!

SERVE IMMEDIATELY
