8oz block of Feta Cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of finely chopped Parsley
1 teaspoon of finely chopped Dill
Dozen Heirloom Baby Roma Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes Organic , sliced in half.
2 Basil leaves rolled and sliced thin to make ribbons.
3 Mint leaves chopped coarsley
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Pinch Black Pepper
Place block on serving platter.
Place tomatoes and olives around.
Sprinkle rest of ingredients on Feta block
Drizzle Olive Oil over top.
Serve with grilled sliced baguette.
Slice baguette on an angle, brush with olive oil. Heat a grill pan until extremely hot. Place bread on grill until grill marks form then turn over and do the same on other side!
